Lack of time in your day-to-day business and mis- sing contacts make it difficult for you to serve the different markets with necessary sales measures? No problem!
Due to my good network with tour operators and travel agencies I can effectively represent your pro- duct in the target markets Germany, Austria and Switzerland and thus help to optimise the positio-ning of your product and generate new business.
This would be achieved through an ideal presenta- tion in the travel catalouges and on the websites of the tour operators, as well as the travelagents.  This includes for instance the planning and imple- mentation of (customer) events, roadshows, semi-nars or incentive events in both B2B and B2C.
After we have jointly defined the sales orientation and marketing activities, I would be the link bet- ween you (the product) and the end consumer, as well as our sales partners in the respective market. In essence, I act as a local extension of your Sales- and Marketingteam.
My personal claim is to convince and reassure all parties concerned, of the best service, creativity and competence.

What experience do I have?

I have had many years of experience in the tourism industry. I am very familiar with the needs of travel agencies, as well as customers. I know the working processes of the tour operators and also the pos- sibilities and services of the suppliers/hoteliers.
I have observed progression in business over the years, including the changing trends that have come and gone. I am very familiar with the destination Portugal and I know your target markets Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Besides this I have created a large network of contacts with many personal and valuable partners over the years.
I am extremely passionate and commited to my work practice. My strengths lie in reliability, com- petence, creativity and determination. I can inspire customers and create a vision for your product!

Durch meine langjährige Tätigkeit in der Tourismus- industrie sind mir die Bedürfnisse der Reisebüros und Kunden genau bekannt. Ich kenne die Arbeitsweisen der Reiseveranstalter sowie die Möglichkeiten der Leistungspartner, respektive Hoteliers. 
Ich habe im Laufe der Jahre viele Entwicklungen erlebt, Trends kommen und gehen sehen. Ich verfüge über gute Portugalkenntnisse, kenne den deutschsprachigen Markt und seine Möglichkeiten und greife auf ein großes Netzwerk mit vielen persönlichen, wertvollen Kontakten zurück.
Meine Aufgaben habe ich stets mit Leidenschaft und Engagement durchgeführt. Ich stehe für Zuverlässigkeit, Kompetenz, Kreativität und Zielstrebigkeit. Ich kann Kunden für Ihr Produkt begeistern!

Ich biete meinen Hotelkunden die Abwicklung und Kontrolle aller Vertriebs- und Marketingaktivitäten samt einer durchgängigen Präsenz auf allen deutschsprachigen Märkten: Deutschland, Öster-reich, Schweiz (DACH).  
Mein Service ist exakt auf Ihre Bedürfnisse und Ihre Ziele ausgerichtet. Die entsprechenden Maßnahmen legen wir anhand des möglichen Budgets fest – im Folgenden kann das sein:

Marketing

  • Erstellung eines Jahresplans für Sales & Marketing inklusive Budgetierung

  • Unterstützung und Beratung bei jeglichen Verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen (Promotions, Mediakooperationen, Reisekataloge) unter Einhaltung des Firmen CI

  • Beratungsleistung in Bezug auf diverse PR-Unter- lagen und Verkaufsbroschüren, darunter auf Wunsch auch Übersetzungen

  • Ansprechpartner für Reisebüros und Reisever-anstalter bei allgemeinen Anfragen

What does that mean specifically?

I offer my hotel customers the complete handling and control of all Sales- & Marketing activities including  a continuous presence in the german speaking markets (Germany, Austria, Siwtzerland = DACH).  
My service is tailored to your needs and goals. We determine the corresponding measures based on the possible budget – in the following this can be:

Marketing

  • Set-up and control of an annual promotion & budget plan

  • Support and advice on all sales measures (pro-motions, media cooperations, travel catalogs) in regards with the company's C.I.

  • Consulting services in relation to various PR documents and sales brochures, including german translations if required

  • Distribution of hotel brochures  and news to the respective target group (online and offline)

  • Contact to relevant media (public relations) in the DACH markets

  • Creation of press releases and its distribution 
    (herunder on social network portals such as Facebook and Instagram)

  • Relationship marketing (use of synergies for joint promotions with other hotels / partners)
